Amagasa enters this bout not only as the OPBF champion at 126lbs but also as one of the very few fighters who is ranked by every major organisation in the sport. Of course that means it's not just the title of Amagasa's that is on the line against Sithsaithong but also the world rankings.
The Thai himself isn't a great fighter and has lost 4 of his last 6 contests, incidentally all 4 of those losses have been when he's been fighting outside of Thailand which he'll be doing again here with this fight taking place in Tokyo, Japan.
Whilst Amagasa will be strongly favoured in the main event the card it's self does look very good with several other interesting bouts on the show. These include an excellent bout between the unbeaten Tomomi Takano (5-0, 4) and Kai Johnson (4-5-3, 1), an interesting bout between Ryuto Maekawa (8-0, 5) and the tough Takushige Sato (5-4-1, 2) and also a bout with the unbeaten Kazuma Sanpei (10-0, 4).
