The up coming "G-Legend6" card to be televised on March 3rd will be televised!
The show which features only female fighters, including 3 female world title fights, will be screened live on Japanese Pay TV channel Sky-A Sports +.
Whilst this is great for Japanese fans with the channel it is something that may frustrate international fans with the channel not being one of those included on numerous streaming services. Whilst that's unfortunate for numerous fans, including some of our writers, it does lead to the opportunity that the card will be made available for download over the days immediately following the broadcast.
The card, which features 6 bouts in total, is to celebrate "Doll's Day" or "Hina Matsuri" and follows on from a very similar show last year.
The bouts we're excited about are the 3 world title fights which will see Ayaka Miyao defending her WBA Atomweight title against Buangern OnesongchaiGym in the final bout, Momo Koseki defending her WBC Atomweight title against Angor Onesongchaigym in the chief feature bout and Naoko Shibata defending her IBF Light Flyweight title foor the first time against Guadalupe Martinez. It's the 3 defending champions who sit at the front of the poster with Koseki in the middle flanked by Shibata (left) and Miyao (right).
