On May 13th Masayuki Kuroda (30-7-3, 16) [黒田 雅之] will have his second world title shot, as he challenges IBF Flyweight champion Moruti Mthalane (37-2, 25) at the Korakuen Hall.
Today we've been informed of a number of details regarding that fight, it's broadcast and the release of a promotional video, thanks to Irving Koji.
The bout is going to be aired in the Kanagawa region on TVK (TV Kanagawa). The channel is a local one in Kanagawa only, though there is some hope their will be internet distribution with Nitta gym suggesting that the bout will be available online. We have reached out to TVK to check if that will be an international stream, and hope to hear back from them in the coming days.
Interestingly the broadcast is scheduled to begin at 19:55 and finish at 21:30, and despite the world title bout being the defacto main event it won't be the final bout on the show, with the bout between Ryo Hino (12-1-2, 7) [日野僚] and Tasuku Suwa (6-3-1, 1) [諏訪佑] actually taking place after the world title fight.
There has also been a promotional video produced for the bout, which can be seen below, and features foootage of Kuroda.
