Thai veteran Denkaosan Kaovichit (62-3-1, 26) has promised to win his upcoming bout on March 26th against Kohei Kono (29-8, 12) so that he can take the WBA Super Flyweight title back to Thailand for his children.
Denkaosan, who currently has 6 kids, has said that he's driven to claim the title for them and for Thailand and with that in mind he is 100% confident of victory against he teak tough opponent.
Aged 37 this is like to be Denkaosan's final world title fight and a loss her would spell the end of his long and storied career that has already seen him claiming PABA and WBA titles at Flyweight, and PABA and interim WBA title at Super Flyweight. With his confidence however you tend to believe that he's not feeling his age at all and in fact he seems very sure of himself going into this very good match up.
