Coming in so light may suggest that Saludar has over-trained or had some other issue, perhaps over draining, or it could also suggest that he is in the shape of his life coming in so easily under the weight. History would suggest that around 111lbs is his idea weight and if that's how he feels then making the weight so easily is unlikely to actually be a negative issue.
As for his opponent, McWilliams Arroyo (14-1, 12), he was bang on the Flyweight limit of 112lbs for the second successive fight.
Although there was a notable weight difference between the two men they both looked in amazing shape and ready to go for the fight. Arroyo, as you can see in the picture, looked insanely ripped whilst Saludar looked lean and notably taller in the ring. How all this plays out tonight is a mystery but it's sure going to be exciting to watch!
