A recent blog entry by WBO Super Flyweight world champion Naoya Inoue (8-0, 7) appears to show that the recent hand injury hasn't kept him from being active in the gym and in fact if anything hand and Inoue himself are close to 100%.
The blog included not only the image on the left but also details regarding a training session with 2012 Olympian Katsuaki Susa, who unfortunately came up against the sensational Robeisy Ramírez in his first bout at the Olympics. Although Susa is now retired he was a very solid amateur having twice claimed bronze at the Asian Games, in 2006 and 2010, and a Gold at the 2011 President's Cup in Jakarta and appeared to still have a solid sense of understanding in the ring despite his long lay off from active participation.
From what we understand the training was little more than a friendly spar though it appears both men were happy to reignite an old friendship.
