Last year a lot of fighters caught our eye and made us want to keep close tabs on them for the future. One of these was Celes gym prospect Kenya Noguchi (2-0, 1), a teenage prospect from the same camp as Ryosuke Iwasa, Tetsuma Hayashi and Koki Koshikawa. Sadly after scoring his second win last August Noguchi seemed to vanish off our radar. Thankfully we've been informed that Noguchi is set to return to the ring as he attempts to move to 3-0 and following in the footsteps of Iwasa.
At the moment details of Noguchi's upcoming bout are scarce though we have been told that he will be back in the ring on February 24th in a show at the Korakuen Hall. The bout is scheduled for 5 rounds and will see Noguchi battling against a Thai opponent as part of the Dangan 123.
The rest of the show is February 24th in a show at the Korakuen Hall and will feature a further 10 bouts on it, including a number of B class tournament bouts, one of which will feature the highly touted Daisuke Watanabe (1-0, 1), who battles Ryuto Araya (7-2-1, 1) in an excellent match up.
