Earlier today Kyoei announced their next card, which will held on October 20th at the Korakuen Hall and be the next in the "Guts Fighting" series of shows, "Guts Fighting #376".
The full card isn't the most interesting ever but does feature the ring returns of two notable names and will be aired on delay on TBS as part of their televised action.
The more notable of those names is Hisashi Amagasa (30-6-2, 20) [天笠 尚], who will be fighting for the first time since he lost to the popular Englishman Josh Warrington in April. The former world title challenger will be up against Filipino foe Carlo Demecillo (6-2, 1) in what looks like a huge mismatch in favour of the Japanese fighter. Despite the huge gulf in experience Demecillo has impressed recently with 4 straight wins, taking two unbeaten records and claiming the PBF Bantamweight title. Then again the Filipino visitor will be going up in weight for this bout.
The other notable Japanese fighter will be model-boxer Tomomi Takano (8-2, 5) [高野人母美], who fights for the first time in a competitive bout since last November's loss to Daniela Romina Bermudez. The popular Japanese fighter will be facing Thailand's win-less Wondergirl Sithsaithong (0-2) who is obvious a soft touch for Takano to shake some ring rust.
Whilst there are other bouts on this show these are two which are worth actually giving some attention to, despite both being mismatches.
