Earlier today saw some news break from Japan in regards to the December 31st WBO Light Flyweight world title bout between Kosei Tanaka (7-0, 4) [田中恒成] and Mexican Moises Fuentes (24-2-1, 13).
The news is that we now know that CBC in Japan will be airing the bout live in the Chukyo area, but there is also rumours that the channel will stream the bout for an international audience, a rumour that has grown stronger through the day with several sources reporting the CBC website will be streaming the bout live.
From what we under-stand the channel will carry two streams, one with Japanese commentary, with the focus there being Japanese fans out side of the typical broadcast area of CBC, and the other will have audience sounds only, a suitable choice for those who don't speak Japanese.
At the moment the rumours haven't been confirmed to us but we have been lead to believe that the stream will be open world wide and will give fans around the globe a chance to see the KO Dream Boy fight live.
This news comes just 24 hours after Tanaka took part in a public work out and it seems obvious that the team behind the bout will be looking to release more stories in the coming week or two about the contest, before the weigh in and the fight
