Back on February 4th we saw Watanabe promoted Yusaku Kuga (14-2-1, 10) [久我 勇作] make a huge statement back as he demolished Yasutaka Ishimoto (29-9, 8) [石本 康隆] and became the new Japanese Super Bantamweight champion.
The bout was the second between the two men, with Ishimoto having won the first contest between the two men back in December 2015, with a decision over Kuga.
Now it's been revealed that the twomen will clash for a third time, meeting on July 18th in a rubber match, which will also serve as Kuga's first defense of the title that he took from Ishimoto in 2 rounds.
The bout will headlined a Dynamic Glove show, meaning it will be televised on G+ for fans in Japan, and it will be a potentially mouth watering bout, with wih men looking to make a huge statement and move there way towards a potential world title bout.
