Earlier today the KBF announced that the enigmatic South Korean fighter Ye Joon Kim (12-1-2, 6) would be returning to the ring on December 12th to defend the lightly regarded IBF Asia Super Bantamweight title in Jeju.
The KBF announcement didn't list an opponent for Kim though did give some details on the show.
What we know is that the card has been organised by "Max Promotions" and will take place at the Hotel Shilla Casino, in Jeju. We also know that MBC Sports will be carrying the fight in Korea, giving domestic audiences a chance to see the man regarded as the face of the KBF.
Whilst Kim is the main event the card will also feature several lower tier bouts which will act as the support, though it appears there will not any major supporting bout for the talented Korean youngster.
From what we under-stand this will be Kim's second defense of the title that he won back in March, with a narrow decision victory over Vergil Puton.
