Earlier this year Chinese fighter Xian Qian Wei (9-6-1, 1) [魏谦祥], lost a couple of WBC regional titles to Japanese fighter Takafumi Nakajima (25-7-1, 10) [中嶋孝文 ] in a bout in Lu Zhou. The bout, which took place as part of the Chinese New Year shows, was the only loss on the February 12th show for a Chinese fighter, with the locals sweeping the other 4 bouts on the card.
Now, according to several Japanese sources, Nakajima will head back to China to give Wei a chance to reclaim the titles from him.
The sources have informed us that the bout will take place on April 27th in Chongqing.
Sadly whilst we have been made aware of this one bout the show it's self hasn't been announced, so the under-card bouts, at least for now, are unknown though there is hope that one of the bigger names of Chinese boxing will be in action. It does however remain to be seen who else will be on the card.
For those who missed the first bout we have included the video of it below.
