Yesterday in Mexico saw two female boxing greats coming face to face ahead of their up coming bout.
They were Japanese 2-weight world champion Naoko Fujioka (12-1, 6) and Mexican boxing icon Mariana Juarez (40-7-3, 17).
One thing was clear when the two women met. Juarez was the bigger fighter, by far. Juarez looked several inches taller, thicker and bigger in almost every dimension than the Japanese fighter. That may come as no surprise, considering that Fujioka began her career as a Minimumweight, but will be a possible issue in the ring.
As well as the photos of the fighters they also had the opportunity to have a public work out with Fujioka looking sharp and fast in a work out done in an outside parking lot.
Notably both have promised to score knockouts coming into this bout and with that said we're expecting a very special bout.
