At the beginning of February we were looking forward to February 18th as we were expecting to see an IBF Bantamweight world title eliminator between Japanese talented Ryosuke Iwasa and American contender Sergio Perales. Unfortunately an injury to Perales forced him out of that bout but, as they say, the show must go on.
The pull out to Perales didn't see a second poster being developed and instead we're left with the original design which we liked all along. The poster features Iwasa and the OPBF title, which he held when the bout was signed, as well background images of the world and of an Eagle. The background images are clever with the Eagle being a play on Iwasa's nickname of "Eagle Eye" and the world indicating that Iwasa Vs Perales would be the final step before fighting for a world title. Whilst Perales has pulled out we do still like the poster.

Every major fight needs good promotional posters. This part of AsianBoxing will try and feature some of those posters.
