On October 17th we will see Shintaro Matsumoto defending his OPBF Super Middleweight title for the first time as he takes on Jayde Mitchell, The poster focuses on Matsumoto, though does feature Tsuyoshi Tameda in an inset picture, along with the names of the main fighters. It's a really poster and in some ways takes the look of an auto-biography rather than a boxing poster.
To end February Japanese fight fans in Tokyo will get the next in the "Excite Boxing" series. The card, headlined by Tsuyoshi Tameda, isn't a huge one but is one that probably will be provide some thrills and spills.
One of the oddest named Japanese show's this year is the "Svenson Excite Boxing" show that Japanese fans get on May 27th.
The show is a pretty decent show though not one which will have fans internationally all that excited about it, despite a very good looking main event between the hard hitting Tsuyoshi Tameda and the decent Jimmy Paypa.
The poster is a simple one with Tameda and stable mate Akiyama Yasuyuki being prominently featured alongside with text based information. It's a simple but effective poster from Yonekura Gym.
