Station Near Dot Com Yoneda General Partnership Group PRESENTS From Mita to the World 18 & KEEP FIGHTING.4
On April 24th Taisei Promotions will be putting on their next show, at the EDION Arena Osaka. The card is headlined by a stay busy fight for Riku Kano and a bout between Sho Ishida and Carlo Demecillo. The poster highlights Kano and Ishida, whilst also showing a lot of other fighters on it making it look like a very, very busy poster. It's not bad, but we do feel it's too busy, and too packed if we're being honest.
On September 23rd Sakai City holds a low key card headlined by a solid main event between Kanta Fukui and Kanta Takenaka. The card is certainly not a huge one, by any stretch, but the poster does look interesting. There's a clear main event on the poster, but a modern, busy look to things at the same time. A solid effort for a low tier local show.
On April 4th fight fans in Sakai City will get an interesting card, headlined by WBO female Light Flyweight champion Tenkai Tsunami defending her title against Shione Ogata and also featuring the talented Daiki Tomita. The poster is a simple, basic one, and one we actually don't like. For us it's too empty, too basic and has too much barren space in the background, and too much text. They could have done some much more.
Towards the end of September Fight fans in Osaka will get a rather interesting, though low key, card under the new "Keep Fighting" show name. The show really isn't anything huge, but it does feature some really interesting fighters. In the main event will be Shione Ogata, whilst supporting bouts will include the likes of Rei Nakajima and Aso Ishiwaki. The poster isn't the best, but it does a job of getting a lot of faces on it, and for a new show, that is sometimes the best idea. Not a great start, but certainly not a horrible one either.
Every major fight needs good promotional posters. This part of AsianBoxing will try and feature some of those posters.
