On July 17th the Fujimori Gym in Hachioji will be hosting two different shows. One of those is "Fighting Spirit Series .42", which will be headlined by a sensational match up between Jin Sasaki and Kaiki Yuba, with Sasaki defending his JBC Youth title at 140lbs against Yuba. The poster really does a good job in making the event look busy and pushing the excellent main event as being something special. This won't be a show that gets much international attention, but it's a huge event for fans in Hachioji, and the main event should genuinely be something a little bit special.
On May 4th 2013 fight fans in Japan got a card from Nakaya Hachioji that featured Makoto Fuchigami defending the OPBF Middleweight title against Akio Shibata and also featured an interesting match up between Yoshitaka Kato and Motoki Sasaki, and under-card bouts featuring Nihito Arakawa and Shoma Fukumoto. As for the poster we actually like this design, and although it's very busy it's actually very distinctive and rather eye catching.
On June 11th Japanese fight fans get the next show under the Fighting Spirit Series and it's an interesting card, featuring Ryohei Takahashi and Samartlek Kokietgym, among others. The poster is a busy one, yet it manages to combine busy with artistic and we genuinely like this. It's eye catching and we do like this, a lot.
On December 24th Japanese fight fans will get the chance to a pre-Christmas presetn with Hachioji Nakaya Promotions putting on an intriguing show at the Korakuen Hall. The main event of the card will see Makoto Fuchigami battle Tomohiro Ebisu but the card also features other notable fighters such as Ryo Akaho and Motoki Sasaki. The poster plays on a Christmas theme and is a really interesting and unique poster, one that we really like.
Every major fight needs good promotional posters. This part of AsianBoxing will try and feature some of those posters.
