On July 9th we get the next show from Hachioji Nakaya promotions, and it's an interesting one in Hachioji, headlined by Jin Sasaki taking on Kotoro Sekine. The card isn't a stacked one, but does feature some interesting bouts, with a supporting contest between Hyoga Taniguchi and Seika Fukuda being the best of the under-card bouts. The poster tries to do what it can to make the event look like a festival of fighters, and is light, bright, vibrant and interesting. A solid poster for a decent, if somewhat easy to over-look, show.
On October 10th we get the next show from Hachioji Nakaya Gym, at the Shinjuku FACE. The event is certainly not a major one, but it is a pretty interesting one with a number of young Japanese fighters in action. The poster, like a number of other shows under the A-Sign Banner, shows an outdoor location along with images of the fighters on the show. It's an interesting concept, though we do feel that the poster would do better by focusing on the fighters a little bit more.
Every major fight needs good promotional posters. This part of AsianBoxing will try and feature some of those posters.
