Some bouts are scored in very odd ways and we would suggest the result WBO Bantamweight world title fight between world champion Tomoki Kameda and mandatory challenger Alejandro Hernandez was one such fight with one fighter looking like the clear winner though the judges seemingly had the bout as a very competitive bout scoring it a split decision. For those who haven't yet seen the fight, or simple want another chance to see it, here it is from Mexican TV, and even they had Tomoki winning the bout against their own fighter, though they did have it closer than we did. Although we had the bout clearly to Kameda we will confess that he was given a really hard time late in the bout and that Hernandez did seem like he was coming on strong, especially in round 12. The footage will likely have you wondering why he didn't go for it earlier on and it's a question he has to be asking himself right now given the way he rocked Tomoki late in the bout.
