August 5th 2017-Saemto Restaurent, Chuncheon, South Korea Heuk San Lee (4-0-1, 2) Vs Sung Jin Go (7-4, 7) Earlier this month Korean fans saw Cameroonian born Korean based Abdoulaye Assan, AKA Heuk San Lee, battle against Sung Jin Go. For those unaware Lee is now a refugee in Korea having been granted refugee status, though he did have to fight for that with just as much gusto as he to become a boxer, and his story is a really interesting one, worth a lot more attention than it seems to be getting, especiallyin the west. March 31st 2017-Oliver Tambo Sport Centre, Khayelitsha , South Africa Jason Canoy (26-6-2, 19) Vs Mzuvukile Magwaca (17-0-3, 10) In 2015 we saw Japanese youngster Hinata Maruta make his professional debut and take a decision win over Jason Canoy. It was easy to write Canoy off for losing to a debutant but he then went on win a Philippines Boxing Federation title and then fight for the WBF Bantamweight title in South Africa against the unbeaten Mzuvukile Magwaca.
