July 15th 2001-Okayama City, Okayama, Japan Tiger Ari (58-5-3, 25) Vs Kazunori Fujita (13-1, 8) In 2000 Filipino fighter Tiger Ari successfully defended the OPBF Super Featherweight title with a win against Kazunori Fujita, taking a decision over the Japanese fighter. The following year then men faced off again with Ari's OPBF title on the line like it was in their first bout. Interestingly however Fujita entered this bout as the OPBF interim champion, claiming that status after beating Gang Il Jo who filled in for Ari when a rematch was supposed to take place in November 2000 June 27th 2021- Ssangmun boxing gymnasium, Seoul, South Korea Tae Woong Jung (5-3-2, 4) vs Joo Ho Lee (5-4-1) This past Sunday in South Korea there was a show under the auspices of the KBM which saw Tae Woong Jung battle against Joo Ho Lee, with the men fighting for the vacant KBM Super Flyweight title. June 27th 2021-Ssangmun boxing gymnasium, Seoul, South Korea Joon Suk Park (3-6-1) vs Ki Sung Kwak (0-0) This past weekend on a KBM show fight fans had a 4 round contest between Joon Suk Park and Ki Sung Kwak, who clashed at Light Heavyweight. August 24th 2007-Jangchung Gymnasium, Seoul, South Korea Hyun Il Kim (3-3, 1) vs Hwa Sub Kim (0-1) In August 2007 fight fans in Seoul saw Hyun Il Kim battle against Hwa Sub Kim in a 4 rounder at Light Heavyweight. June 26th 2021-RCC Boxing Academy, Ekaterinburg, Russia Shukrulla Vokhidov (6-0, 4) vs Zoravor Petrosian (11-0, 4) This past Saturday ion an RCC show in Ekaterinburg fight fans saw Uzbekistani fighter Shukrulla Vokhidov battle against Russian Zoravor Petrosian in a bout for the WBO Asia Pacific Youth Lightweight title. June 26th 2021-RCC Boxing Academy, Ekaterinburg, Russia Otabek Mirzakhmedov (1-0) vs Georgy Yunovidov (1-0) Yesterday Ekaterinburg played host to a bout between Otabek Mirzakhmedov, from Uzbekistan, and Russian fighter Georgy Yunovidov June 26th 2021-RCC Boxing Academy, Ekaterinburg, Russia Abboskhon Mirzaabdullaev (1-0) vs Alexander Dorofeev (2-0, 1) This past Saturday in Russia fight fans saw Uzbekistani novice Abboskhon Mirzaabdullaev take on fellow novice Alexander Dorofeev, from Russia, in a 4 rounder at Heavyweight.
