May 30th 2015- Campo Nuevo Ensenada, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico Milan Melindo (32-1, 12) Vs Javier Mendoza (23-2-1, 19) The Light Flyweight division is one of the sports most over-looked yet it's a division that has a bit of everything at the moment from sluggers to boxers. A recent Boxer Vs Slugger bout saw Filipino fighter Milan Melindo challenge IBF champion Javier Mendoza.

May 30th 2015-Park Arena, Komaki, Aichi, Japan Kosei Tanaka (4-0, 2) Vs Julian Yedras (24-1, 13) Last year we saw Naoya Inoue stop Adrian Hernandez in his 6th professional bout to claim the WBC Light Flyweight title. That win saw Inoue setting a Japanese record for the fewest fights taken to win a world title. Today we saw Kosei Tanaka attempt to break that record as he took on Julian Yedras for the WBO Minimumweight title. May 29th 2015-Royal College Sirindhorn, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand Chalermpol Singwancha (12-0, 10) Vs Simon Cicine (0-0) Heavy handed Thai hopeful Chalermpol Singwancha has slowly been carving out an impressive looking record. This past Friday Chalmerpol took on Italian visitor Simon Cicine in a defense of the Asian Boxing Federation (ABF) Welterweight title. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) May 29th 2015-Royal College Sirindhorn, Nakhon Pathom, Thailand Mohamadreza Hamze (5-5-1, 2) Vs Robert Chor Chaiwat (0-0-1) Iranian born Thai based fighter Mohamadreza Hamze began his career 2-5-1 though has really began to turn things around. Recently he took on unbeaten novice Robert Chor Chaiwat, who was returning to boxing for the first time in almost a year. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) May 29th 2015- Ayutthaya Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand Ratchasak KKP (27-3-1, 13) Vs Ronerex Dalut (9-15-2, 2) Thailand's Ratchasak KKP is rarely in a dull fight, despite not being one of the sports most talented, or hard hitting fights. His most recent bout saw him take on Filipino visitor Ronerex Dalut, a limit fighter who had won just 1 of his previous 8 bouts. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) May 29th 2015- Ayutthaya Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand Petchtae Petchyindee (0-0) Vs Petchmai Sor Praithong (0-2) One recent Thai debutant who caught our eye was Petchtae Petchyindee who looked like one to watch when he made his debut against the win-less Petchmai Sor Praithong. (Video courtesy of TKO.in.TH) May 29th 2015- Ayutthaya Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand Kongfah CP Freshmart (13-0, 7) Vs Roden Tolulog (0-0) We've been long term fans of Kongfah CP Freshmart. We are aware that he has a lot of improvements to make before really stepping up in class but we do follow him pretty intently. His most recent bout saw him take on Filipino visitor Roden Tolulog. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) May 28th 2015- Liptapanlop Hall, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand Petchmai Sor Thanthip (0-0) Vs Namphol Sithsaithong (8-10, 6) We're often really interested in Thai debutants as many are talented former Muay Thai fighters who are often set on the fast track to the top. We thought we may be seeing one such debut when we saw Petchmai Sor Thanthip make his debut against Namphol Sithsaithong. (Video courtesy tko.in.th) May 28th 2015- Liptapanlop Hall, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand Wisanlek Sithsaithong (12-7, 8) Vs Kaona Chuwatana (13-15-3, 9) Not all bouts in Thailand involved a prospect or a hopeful. One recent lower tier bout saw Winsalek Sithsaithong battle Kaono Chuwatana. On paper this wasn't expected to be anything special however we'll admit we really enjoyed this one and it's well worth a watch if you just want to watch a bit of a fight. Very enjoyable low level action. (Video courtesy of TKO.in.Th) May 28th 2015- Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand Nawaphon Por Chokchai (27-0, 20) Vs Chatpetch Sithsaithong* (?-?) Thailand's Nawaphon Por Chokchai has been on the verge of a Flyweight world title fight for a while. Unfortunately his wait does appear to have been dragged out and as a result he has been facing some very limited foes, including Chatpetch Sithsaithong who he took on at the end of May.
