March 27th 2021-Suamlum Night Bazaar, Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok, Thailand Phoobadin Yoohanngoh (10-0, 5) vs Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (61-7, 41) Earlier today in Thailand we had the chance to see Thai teenage sensation Phoobadin Yoohanngoh [แสงอาทิตย์ ลูกทรายกองดิน], aka Sangarthit Looksaikongdin, take on former world title challenger Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo [ชลธาร อ.พิริยะภิญโญ]. For Phoobadin this was the second defense of the WBA Asia Light Welterweight title, whilst Chonlatarn was looking to get his career back on track after 4 losses in his last 5 bouts.

One of those saw him take on Indonesian journeyman Harri Hutagalung. April 11th 2014-Nonthaburi Pier, Nonthaburi, Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (48-1, 32) Vs Noldi Manakane (25-14-1, 15) Thai fighter Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo was never able to win a world title but was a very active fighter in his prime, with more than 50 career bouts. The 50th of those saw him taking on Indonesian Noldi Manakane. June 6th 2014-Phimai, Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (49-1, 33) vs Eddy Comaro (29-20-5, 11) Back in 2014 Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo had his 51st bout, as he took on the even more experienced Eddy Comaro from Indonesia. January 31st 2020-Mkwakwani Stadium, Tanga, Tanzania Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (61-6, 41) vs Salimu Jengo (13-3, 8) Earlier this year former Thai world title challenger Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo travelled to Tanzania to take on Salimu Jengo May 13th 2016-Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (60-2, 40) Vs Karim Migea (7-1, 2) This past Friday Thai fans got a chance to see veteran Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo [ชลธาร อ.พิริภิญโญ] take on visitor Karim Migea in what was a real mismatch on paper. April 1st 2016-Maha Sarakham, Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (59-2, 40) vs Amos Mwamakula (12-5-2, 5) Earlier today Thai fans saw former world title challenger Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo [ชลธาร อ.พิริยะภิญโญ] fight in a stay busy bout with Amos Mwamakula. January 15th 2016-Chaoporsuor Foundation, Bangklae Bangkok, Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (58-2, 39) v Sadiki Momba (22-7-2, 8) Former world title challenger Chjonlatarn Piriyapinyo [ชลธาร อ.พิริยะภิญโญ] in continuing his pursuit for another world title shot as he now campaigns at 130lbs. To begin 2016 he faced Sadiki Momba in a bout for the interim WBO Oriental Super Featherweight title. December 4th 2015-Royal Square, Bangkok, Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (57-2, 38) v Natthapol Kongruoyutthakarn (0-0) Former 2-time world title challenger Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo was in action this past Friday, for his 60th professional bout. Unfortunately rather than taking on a test he instead faced novice Natthapol Kongruoyutthakarn, who is believed to have been making his professional debut. The bout was as much a mismatch as the records of the two men suggested. October 2nd 2015-Central Westgate Shopping Center, Bangyai Nonthaburi, Thailand Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (56-2, 37) v Samongkol Ekchumpol (0-0) Recently Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo decided that he had spent enough time campaigning at Featherweight and would like to try his hand at 130lbs.
