December 6th 1987-Sajik Gym, Busan, South Korea Chong-Pal Park (44-3-1-1, 37) vs Jesus Gallardo (18-1, 17) In 1987 Korean fighter Chong Pal Park [박종팔] vacated the IBF Super Middleweight title in an attempt to claim the more prestegious WBA belt.
