April 8th 2021-Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan Keita Obara (23-4-1, 21) Vs Shoki Sakai (25-11-2, 13) Last week fight fans at Korakuen Hall were treat to a thrilling bout as Japanese Welterweight champion Keita Obara [小原 佳太] took on the incredibly tough Shoki Sakai [坂井 祥記] in what turned out to be a brilliant for the belt. For Obara this was the first defense of a title he won in February 2020 whilst Sakai was looking to claim a Japanese title in just his third bout in Japan.
