On May 21st Japanese fans in Tokyo will get the chance to see a double header courtesy of Fuji TV. The show will see WBO Super Flyweight champion Naoya Inoue and IBF Light Flyweight champion Akira Yaegashi defending their titles. The two men are the only two on the poster, with the poster really selling on the Boxing FES gimmick that Fuji TV are promoting heavily this year.
On May 20th and May 21st Fuji TV will be putting on probably the best 2 days of action of boxing for the year, as the free-to-air channel do back-to-back boxing shows for the first time in Japan. The first of those shows is a triple header headlined by Ryota Murata facing off with Hassan N'Dam for the WBA Middleweight title. The other bouts will see Ken Shiro and Daigo Higa both challenge for WBC titles, at Light Flyweight and Flyweight respectively. The poster features the three Japanese fighters as well as N'Dam and looks to sell the show on being part of a perfect boxing weekend.
Every major fight needs good promotional posters. This part of AsianBoxing will try and feature some of those posters.
