Back in the 1970's Jae Doo Yuh was a star in Korea, and had a biographical film released about him and his career. This is that movie.
For those interested it's a full length feature and is sadly all in Korean without sub titles. The amount of boxing contained is minimal but for those who want to see something a little bit different this is certainly a worthy thing to have in mind. Something very different to what we usually post.
South Korean fighter Ki Soo Kim (33-2-2, 17) was the first Korean world champion, winning the Light Middleweight titles in 1966. Footage of Kim's career has been sparse, to say the least, however whilst researching Kim for a future article we did come across a movie he featured in "내 주먹을 사라".
Despite being made in 1966 the movie is available in 720p, and was Kim's first major role as an actor, as he looked to build his star power, and the producers looked to strike whilst the iron was hot.
This is a really interesting part of Korean history, and it's just a shame there is so little out there on Kim's in ring career.
Some things don't fit in elsewhere on the site so have been put here as a result.
