The earliest action of the new week takes place in the Eastern Europe country of Belarus. Although the show is in Europe it appears to feature at least 2 fighter from Asian countries.
The most notable of those two fighters is Kazakhstan's promising Zhanat Zhakiyanov (20-1, 13). The Ricky Hatton trained Zhakiyanov will be facing the usually durable Ukrainian Yuriy Voronin (27-20-2, 18) who is best known for his exploits in Hatton's native Britain against Scott Quigg (then a Hatton fighter himself) and Carl Frampton.
The second bout featuring an Asian fighter sees the emerging Agali Alyshev (18-5-2, 13) in action as he takes on Georgian Anzor Gamgebeli (10-3-3, 4).
Although Alyshev has 5 losses on his record he is unbeaten since 2006 after starting his career 1-5. He really should have enough in the tank to overcome Gamgebeli but this could be very competitive.
