July 25th 2013-Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (5-0, 4) Vs Shuhei Tsuchiya (14-1, 12) In the summer of 2013 a rising Lightweight from Osaka, Masayoshi Nakatani [中谷正義], made his Korakuen Hall debut, taking on 2010 Rookie of the Year winner Shuhei Tsuchiya [土屋修平]. Although a version of this fight has been available on the site for several years this is the first time we've managed to get a copy of the TV version of the fight.

April 9th 2017-EDION Arena Osaka, Osaka, Osaka, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (13-0, 8) Vs Kaewfah Tor Buamas (23-1, 16) Earlier today Japanese fans in Osaka saw OPBF Lightweight champion Masayoshi Nakatani [中谷 正義] battle with Thai challenger Kaewfah Tor Buamas [แก้วฟ้า สวนปาล์มฟาร์มนก] November 11th 2016- Central Gym, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (12-0, 7) vs Allan Tanada (14-5-3, 6) This past Friday OPBF Lightweight champion Masayoshi Nakatani [中谷 正義] battled against Filipino challenger Allan Tanada, a former OPBF champion at Super Featherweight. April 17th 2016-EDION Arena Osaka, Osaka, Osaka, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (11-0, 6) vs Tosho Makoto Aoki (20-13-2, 17) This past Sunday Japanese fans saw OPBF Lightweight champion Masayoshi Nakatani [中谷 正義] battle against the heavy handed Tosho Makoto Aoki [闘将 青木 誠]. (Video courtesy of yossy112311) August 28th 2015- Central Gym, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (10-0, 5) Vs Kazuya Murata (11-4, 5) OPBF Lightweight champion Masayoshi Nakatani has had a less than exciting reign since winning the title in early 2014. In his 4th defense he faced Kazuya Murata in what looked, on paper, to be a massive mismatch. (Video courtesy of Westbook Satoshi) April 26th 2013- Central Gym, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (4-0, 3) Vs Nampol Sor Chantasith (1-3) Lightweight prospect Masayoshi Nakatani has become one of Ioka gym's most capable young fighters and we suspect his rise through the ranks could, eventually, see him becoming a world champion. He's not nearly there yet but his development has been excellent. This bout, from early in his career, sees Nakatani fighting against Thai visitor Nampol Sor Chantasith and making extremely light work of the Thai. (Video courtesy Yossy112311) August 12th 2012- Central Gym, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan Masayoshi Nakatani (3-0, 2) Vs Ronnel Esparas (9-7-1, 1) Ioka gym hopeful Masayoshi Nakatani has been groomed as potential world champion since early on in his career. Unfortunately for Nakatani he seemed to find that his early opponents tend to struggle to survive with him and that was the case with Filipino Ronnel Esparas, a supposedly tough journeyman who simply couldn't take the power of the Lightweight prospect.
