February 17th 1976-Nihon University Auditorium, Tokyo, Japan Koichi Wajima (30-4-1, 24) vs Jae Doo Yuh (41-1-1, 25) II In 1975 Korean fighter Jae Doo Yuh [유제두] travelled to Japan and dethroned Japan's Koichi Wajima [輪島 功], the then WBA and Linear champion at 154lbs. The following year the two men rematched. |
