One of the bouts that took place saw local fighter Patomsuk Pathompothong battle against Filipino Ronnel Esparas. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) June 8th 2015- Tashkent, Uzbekistan Keisuke Matsumoto (N/A) Vs Atichai Phoemsap (N/A) Japan's Keisuke Matsumoto is viewed as a potential Olympic gold medal for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. As a result we've been keeping a close eye on him and managed to, luckily,come across his first bout from the 2016 Asian Youth Championships in Tashkent. In this bout Matsumoto, in blue, is fighting Thai foe Atichai Phoemsap. (Huge thank you to serishunya) June 13th 2015- Thailand Norasing Kokietgym (15-0-1, 11) Vs Tommy Seran (24-5, 15) Thailand's unbeaten Norasing Kokietgym is slowly working his way up the rankings. This past Saturday he faced his best opponent to date, Indonesia's Tommy Seran, in what looked like a good test on paper. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) June 13th 2015- Thailand Kompayak Porpramook (51-5, 36) Vs Domi Nenokeba (11-24-1, 7) Former world champion Kompayak Porpramook is well known for engaging in some of the most exciting wars of recent times, including his first bout with Adrian Hernandez and his war with Koki Eto. Recently he took a stay busy fight against Indonesian journey man Domi Nenokeba as he continued his climb back towards facing an opponent of note. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) June 13th 2015- Thailand Samartlek Kokietgym (20-5, 5) Vs Fahpratan Kwanjaisrikot (0-1) Last year we saw Thailand's Samartlek Kokietgym get a surprise call to face Japanese wunderkind Naoya Inoue. Although Samartlek came up short there he has been busy since and yesterday he fought for the 5th time since that loss. In the opposite corner to the Thai was novice pro Fahpratan Kwanjaisrikot, from Laos. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) June 12th 2015- Thailand Terdsak Kokietgym (57-5-1, 37) vs Roldan Aldea (9-1-1, 3) Perennial contender Terdsak Kokietgym may be one of the best current fighters to never win a world title but he's not ready to walk away from the sport yet. This past Friday he was back in the ring taking on Filipino foe Roldan Aldea in what looked like a huge mismatch on paper. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) June 12th 2015-Thailand Pigmy Kokietgym (56-7-2, 22) vs Rofiq Aditya (2-1-1, 2) Thailand's experienced Pigmy Kokietgym may have come up short in a couple of world title fights but he's not given up on trying to get another shot at a belt. Recently he was in action for the 66th time as he took on Indonesian novice Rofiq Aditaya.
