January 31st 1993-Pohang, South Korea Chang Taek Kim (7-2-1, 6) vs Yung Yong Lee (1-6) On the under-card of Ricardo Lopez's 1991 defense of the WBC Minimumweight title against Kwang Soo Oh fans saw a Korean national title fight, with Chang Taek Kim and Yung Yong Lee battling out at 154lbs. August 28th 1994-Tokyo, Japan Puma Toguchi (14-1, 12) vs Chang Jae Kwon (8-2, 6) In 1994 Japan's Puma Toguchi [ピューマ渡久地] took on Korean foe Chang Jae Kwon. He travelled over to Puerto Rico to take on WBA Super Bantamweight champion Leonardo Cruz.
