Just 4 days after the previous Dangan show we get "Dangan 87", the second of the A Class tournament shows. Like "Dangan 86" this is a show promoted by Reason Promotions and like the other show it's one with a lot of intrigue,
Like Dangan 86 this was scheduled to feature 9 bouts, including 4 of the "Class A" contests. Unfortunately however the show has lost a bout was the Nagamine/Hori contest at Flyweight has been cancelled.
The card doesn't look as good as the previous one though should be an interesting day of action.
In regards to the poster we like the similar theme to the previous show however this poster isn't quite as easy to read as the last one. Saying that however the details are all easy with the date, show name and several of the fighters names being very clear to read.
The first of two shows under the "Dangan" banner inside a week is "Dangan 86", which takes place on November 1st. The show, promoted by reason promotions, is the first of two successive A class tournament shows.
The show, in total, will feature 9 contests, with 6 of them being part of the "A class tournament", those bouts are the 6 that are shown on the poster.
The poster, whilst simple, is useful. It shows you, clearly, the 6 main bouts and the divisions they take place in. Sure it's nothing special but it's great that it's got English, as well as Japanese just to make everyone's life much easier. Simple but certainly effective.
Every major fight needs good promotional posters. This part of AsianBoxing will try and feature some of those posters.
