Earlier today in Thailand saw the weigh in for tomorrow's Thai card. The card, unlike many from Thailand, actually features a fighter that Western fans will be familiar with and is viewed as a notable step up for an unbeaten local fighter.
The local fighter is the unbeaten Teerachai Kratingdaenggym (29-0, 23), who is currently ranked #5 by the WBA at Welterweight. He will be fighting against former world title contender Kaizer Mabuza (25-14-3, 15), who is best known for his 2011 IBF world title fight with American Zab Judah.
On paper the main event should be a mismatch, especially given that Mabuza has lost his last 5 and 8 of his last 10, however the South African is still a major step up for the Thai who has hasn't really beaten a fighter of any note other than a shot Randy Suico in 2013.
Also on the card is a Super Flyweight bout between Thailand's Inthanon Sithchamuang (25-7, 15) and Indonesian journeyman Samuel Tehuayo (18-34-2, 3) with a regional title on the line for this one.
Although we've not been given the weigh in specifics we have been informed that all the fighters did make weight for their contests.
For those wanting to watch these bouts they will be aired on Thai Channel 3 from 13:55 Bangkok time.
