Arguably the best of this weekend's world title bouts in Japan will see Ryota Murata (12-0, 9) [村田 諒太] battle against Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam (35-2, 21) for the WBA Middleweight title bout. Although both men are in hard here, both have shown the other a lot of respect during the build up and that respect was on full show earlier today when they took part in their official signing ceremony.
The event saw both men look calm and relaxed, and they even seemed to be joking at times.
Talking to the press N'Dam sounded like he believed his world level experience would be the different between the two fighters. He was impressed by the media turn out but seemed almost thankfully that there was so many interested in the bout in Japan.
As for Murata he stated that N'Dam would be different to everyone else he has fought, but that he expected to enjoythe fight, and have fun testing himself against a genuine world class foe.
For fans interested in te glove situation, Murata will be wearing Winning gloves, which are manufactured in Japan, whilst N'Dam will be going with Grant gloves.
Murata looks to make history as he faces N'Dam!
