On December 7th Thai fans will get the chance to see local fighter Amnat Ruenroeng (16-0, 5) defend his IBF Flyweight title against Myung Ho Lee (19-4-1, 6).
Earlier today, ahead of that bout, Lee took part in a public training session that saw him sparring several rounds whilst also talking about his tactics, which he has promised will be rough in an attempt to neutralise Amnat's own rough and tumble tactics. In fact Lee admitted that he hgad been practicing some Sumo techniques.
The Osaka Teiken fighter claimed that he has already sparred for more than 100 rounds in preparation for the bout and is likely to do more before leaving for Thailand on November 1st, which will give him plenty of time to adapt to Thai conditions ahead of the fight.
Whilst a win for Lee isn't expected it's great to see that he is preparing hard for the fight and given the rounds of sparring so far it's clear that Lee is going over to Thailand with the intention of scoring a career defining upset over a man who has strung together some very impressive wins in recent bouts.
