We've known since October that Tomomi Takano (8-1, 5) would be returning to the ring on November 11th to face WBO female Super Flyweight world champion Daniela Romina Bermudez (17-3-2, 5). Whilst it did take until last week for the bout to be announced it was a fight that had been confirmed by multiple sources.
Since the bout was reported we had heard a lot of rumours about Hisashi Amagasa (29-5-2, 19) being involved on the card, though no announcement had been made regarding the former world title challenger who created a stir last year when he twice dropped Guillermo Rigondeaux.
Now however those rumours have grown to being more than just rumours and the website who are selling the tickets for the bout have listed Amagasa as one of the participants involved in the show, along with Takano and Bermudez.
Whilst the ticket website does list Amagasa there is no indication of who he is supposedly fighting. The fighter hasn't mentioned anything on his facebook account and Kyoei don't seem to have released any details either. None of the Japanese schedules have anything about the bout either. Given that there is 2 months until the show however there is a lot of time to get the details sorted and announcement may well come in coming weeks.
Below we've included Amagasa's most recent bout, a decision with over Thailand's Patomsith Pathompothong, his only bout since the Rigondeaux contest.
