Earlier today Thai media reported that former PABA Light Welterweight champion Manfa Krathindaenggym (17-8, 11), also known as Manfa Luksaikongdin or Theerawat Yoohanngoh, had been involved in a serious automobile incident.
From what we incident has seen Manfa charged with careless driving and he has been ordered to pay a fine, though unfortunately our under-standing of Thai is very limited, though, thankfully there doesn't appear to have been anyone seriously injured.
For those who can't remember Manfa the 26 year old did hold the PABA title at 140lbs between March 2009, when he beat Monte Carlos for the title, and September 2010, when he was dethroned in 6 rounds by Dan Nazareno Jr. He fought his last bout as a boxer in April 2011 ending a career that had began in 2006 and seen him share the ring with Yoshihiro Kamegai, a then debuting Teerachai Kratingdaenggym, and Jung Bum Kim, then then OPBF Light Welterweight champion.
