Later this week Japanese fans will get the chance to see their first world title action of the new year with a double world title show in Hyogo. The card, set to be aired in part on NTV as well as G+ is an interesting one with two really interesting looking WBC title bouts.
The bouts in question will see Shinsuke Yamanaka (24-0-2, 17) [山中慎介] defending his Bantamweight title against Liborio Solis (23-3-1, 10) whilst Light Flyweight champion Yu Kimura (18-2-1, 3) [木村 悠] takes on Ganigan Lopez (26-6, 17).
Today, ahead of those bouts, the four men were involved in their final press conference and official signing ceremony.
The fighters all seemed very confident at the press conference and they all seemed to suggest they were going to win their upcoming bouts. The confidence should help provide some really good action when the men step in the ring on Friday.
