This coming Friday fans watching Thai Channel 7 will know they are in for a treat as they get the chance to watch an intriguing WBO Bantamweight title bout between Japanese slugger Ryo Akaho (26-1-2, 18) and Pungluang Sor Singyu (50-3, 34). Of course people following the Asian scene will have known about that match up for a while though today we're happy to report that there will also be two other title bouts on the under-card, which it's self is scheduled to feature 5 supporting bouts alongside the main event.
One of those bouts will see former 2-time world title challenger Chonlatarn Piriyapinyo (55-2, 36) defending his WBO Asia Pacific Featherweight title as he battles Indonesian visitor Boido Simanjuntak (18-28-1, 7). Simanjuntak, who is 0-14 in Thailand, isn't expected to over-come Chonlatarn, who has only ever lost to Chris John and Vasyl Lomachneko.
The other title bout will see the once beaten Kwanpichit Onesongchaigym (31-1-2, 16) defending his WBO Oriental Flyweight title. Unfortunately we've not been able to identify Kwanpichit's opponent, though we do know that Kwanpichit will be seeking his 5th straight win since losing his high profile bout to Zou Shiming late last year in Macau.
Both of these bouts are expected to be televised alongside the world title contest.
