July 27th 2013- Penglai, China Zhang Junlong (3-0, 3)* Vs Cullen Rodgers (10-37-2, 6) Two Chinese Heavyweights have made headlines in the last year for their fights in the US. One of those is gigantic Taishan Dong, who at 7" is genuinely a monster, whilst the other is Zhang Zhilei, who had a farcical debut against Curtis Lee Tate. What few fight fans may be aware of however is a third Chinese Heavyweight, Zhang Junlong. Junlong, dubbed "The Dragon King", is trained by Evander Holyfield and has been described as the "Chinese George Foreman" due to his power and deliberate style which has seen him stopping all of his opponents so far, including American veteran Cullen Roger, who may have gotten the longest count in history. (*Junlong's record is said to be very incomplete though for the sake of this we're using his record as recorded by boxrec.com)
