February 25th 2001- International Conference Hall, Nagoya, Aichi, Japan Hiroshi Nakano (14-0, 8) vs Wanmeechok Singwancha (0-0) In 2001 Japan's Hiroshi Nakano faced off with Thai foe Wanmeechok Singwancha, who was making his debut. Coming in to this bout Nakano was the OPBF Flyweight champion, and for those who followed the Asian scene back in the 00's they may well recall that Wanmeechok would go on to claim an OPBF title of hs own.

August 21st 2005-Bunka Gym, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan Koki Kameda (7-0, 6) Vs Wanmeechok Singwancha (12-2, 7) Japan's Koki Kameda has been one of the modern day stars of Japanese boxing. Amazingly it's more than 10 years ago since his first title fight as he took on the then OPBF Flyweight champion Wanmeechkok Singwancha in what was Kameda's 8th professional contest. |
