February 12th 1996-Tokyo, Japan Jintoku Sato (23-2, 21) vs Teruo Nagase (11-2, 8) II In 1995 Jintoku Sato [佐藤仁徳] stopped Teruo Nagase [永瀬輝男] in 8 rounds to defend the Japanese Welterweight title. The following year the two men fought again, giving us a sensational back and forth war on a "Diamond Glove" show.

Around 6 months later he returned to the ring for the first time, and took on Korean foe Jong Sun Lee. March 10th 2003-Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan Shuichi Kobayashi (12-2, 6) vs Teruo Nagase (21-5-2, 12) In the Spring of 2003 Shuichi Kobayashi, challenged the then Japanese Welterweight champion Teruo Nagase at the Korakuen Hall. October 2nd 2001-Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan Teruo Nagase (19-5-1, 12) vs Motoki Sasaki (14-3, 7) In 2001 the then Japanese Welterweight champion Teruo Nagase battled against Motoki Sasaki in what was Nagase's first defense of the title. |
