Sho Ishida (18-0, 10) Vs Taiki Eto (14-3, 10)
Through his first 15 fights Sho Ishida had rarely lost a round. He had struggled in fight #16 as he claimed the Japanese Super Flyweight title, with a very well earned win over Yohei Tobe, but that was expected as he had his first taste of a title bout. In his second defense of that title Ishida took on Taiki Eto, a man who had been stopped by Tobe. Given their relative results against Tobe we had expected this to be a foregone conclusion however this turned out to be much more competitive than we had anticipated.
