Late last year we saw Ryo Miyazaki suffer a shock defeat at the hands of Thailand's Fahlan Sakkreerin Jr. The loss was a huge set back for the former WBA Minimumweight champion who seemed set to move up in weight and head towards a second world title. Sadly for Miyazaki he had completely screwed up his weight and had pretty much lost the bout before even stepping into the ring. Over 8 months later Miyazaki returned to action and battled against Indonesian journeyman Ichal Tobida. This time around Miyazaki hadn't messed up his weight and looked back to his best as he dominated his over-matched rival before finishing the bout with a fantastic combination to drop Tobida. The combination is worth watching the bout for and it appears that Miyazaki is back into the swing of things! |
