January 29th 2016-Wing 416, Chiang Rai, Thailand Noknoi Sitthiprasert (55-4, 33) Vs Bin Bin Pardede (2-0, 1) Thailand's Noknoi Sitthiprasert [นกน้อย ซีพีเฟรชมาร์ท] was in the ring earlier this week as he attempted to extend the longest active winning run in the sport, a run of more than 50 wins. In the opposite corner was unbeaten Indonesian novice Bin Bin Pardede. November 24th 2015-Chonburi, Thailand Noknoi Sitthiprasert (54-4, 32) v Ardi Buyung (2-5) When you've won more than 50 successive bouts you tend to suspect a step up in competition is due. For Noknoi Sitthiprasert however it seems his eye is on setting records for the longest winning streak, and as a result he is still matched softly, as seen by a recent bout against Ardi Buyung. June 2nd 2015- Ramintra , Bangkok, Thailand Noknoi Sitthiprasert (54-4, 31)* Vs Petchchumpol Sor Visetkit (5-5, 3) Thailand's Noknoi Sitthiprasert is, we believe, the holder of the longest active winning streak in the sport. He put his 50+ fight streak on the line this past Tuesday when he took on the very limited Petchchumpol Sor Visetkit. *Boxrec don't have a record of Noknoi's third bout with Donny Mabao from earlier in 2015. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) April 24th 2015-Siam Paradise Entertainment Centre, Ngam Wong Wan, Bangkok, Thailand Noknoi Sitthiprasert (53-4, 30)* Vs Tonpetch Sithchansing (0-0) Thailand's Noknoi Sitthiprasert holds he distinction of the longest active winning streak of any fighter currently in the sport with more than 50 wins. That sounds incredibly impressive though his opponents have scarcely been worth talking about as we saw when he took on the debuting Tonpetch Sithchansing. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) (*Boxrec don't currently listed Noknoi Sitthiprasert Vs Donny Mabao III which took place earlier this year, it is however thought that he could have other unrecorded bouts and this may have slightly more wins than even we credit him with) March 5th 2015- City Hall Ground, Chonburi, Thailand Noknoi Sitthiprasert (52-4, 30) Donny Mabao (21-24-1, 4) World ranked fighter Noknoi Sitthiprasert isn't one of the sports biggest names but he does have one of the sports most remarkable winning streaks, he has amazingly won more than 50 bouts in a row. This past Thursday he was attempting to extend the run to 52 straight wins as he fought Filipino journey Donny Mabao for the 3rd time. (Video courtesy of tko.in.th) Thai veteran Noknoi Sitthiprasert has seemingly been around for years though at just 28 he still has plenty of time left in the sport. That time will be expanded somewhat if he continues to fight over-matched foes such as Dechchai PetchkasemfourGym who failed to survive 2 rounds against Noknoi this past week. In fairness to both it was a great knockout but was a complete and utter mismatch (Video courtesy of ทีเคโอ มวยโลก) |
