February 27th 1975-Metropolitan Gym, Tokyo, Japan Guts Ishimatsu (28-11-6, 16) Vs Ken Buchanan (56-2, 25) In 1975 Japanese fans saw local fighter Guts Ishimatsu [ガッツ 石松] take on Ken Buchanan the bout was the third defense of the WBC Lightweight title by Ishimatsu whilst Buchanan was hoping to become a 2-time world champion. |
