November 9th 2003-Sambo Hall, Kobe, Hyogo, Japan Hozumi Hasegawa (13-2, 4) vs Alvin Felicilda (19-11-2, 10) In 2003 Japanese fighter Hozumi Hasegawa [長谷川穂積] defended the OPBF Bantamweight title against for the second time, facing Alvin Felicilda in what would be Felicilda final bout. Amazingly this was the Filipino's 6th bout of 2003, and his 4th in the space of 5 months. October 30th 2004-Kokugikan, Tokyo, Japan Hozumi Hasegawa (16-2, 5) vs Jun Toriumi (22-3-1, 9) In 2004 Japanese fighters Hozumi Hasegawa [長谷川穂積] and Jun Toriumi [鳥海純] faced off in a really interesting and competitive bout. September 25th 2005-Arena, Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan Hozumi Hasegawa (18-2, 5) vs Gerardo Martinez (27-5-2, 20) In 2005 Hozumi Hasegawa [長谷川穂積] won the WBC Bantamweight title, his first world title, In his first defense of that title he took on Mexican Gerardo Martinez.
