Today the two men took part in their weigh in for the contest, and both fighters managed to make the Light Middleweight limit.
On the scales Nonaka was 153.6lbs, well under the limit. He looked in great shape and although his face does show his years he did look like a fighter who had got himself into fantastic shape for what is the biggest fight of his career.
Hogan, who appeared the shorter man at the weigh in, was bang on the 154lb limit, and although in decent shape, he did look a little fleshy and as if there was weight to lose if he had been wanting to cut down a little more.
The bout, which will take place in Brisbane, will see the winner move towards a WBO world title fight, and it's fair to say that both men will give the bout everything they have.
