Earlier today in Tokyo saw the weigh ins for tomorrow's exciting show from the Korakuen Hall. The bouts on offer tomorrow include an IBF world title eliminator, and a bout involving former world title challenger Hisashi Amagasa.
Despite the big name action at the very top of the card the weigh in was essentially "stolen" by female fighter Tomomi Takano (7-1, 5).
Tomorrow Takano will be in action against Thai fighter Nongbua Lookpraiaree (9-12-1, 1) in a bout for the OPBF female Super Bantamweight title. For Takano this will be her first title fight however the attention wasn't focused on tomorrow but instead on today's outfit which was bizarre to say the least.
Going to the weigh in Takano was dressed in a very unique outfit, before weighing in a very tight outfit.
Despite the outfits and fancy dress both fighters made weight on their first attempt. On the scales the Japanese fighter was a little over 121.6lbs whilst the Thai was slightly lighter, just under 121.5lbs.
